As a registered user, you are authorized to purchase our products for personal use only. The resale, distribution, or stock of our products are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to supply our products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these terms and conditions.

No Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable accept the return of our products for hygiene reasons. Therefore, all sales are final. Nevertheless, we will hear any claims of defective product and, if we deem appropriate, we may replace any such products at no additional cost (postage applies) as the sole remedy available to you in such case.​

Damage while in transit.

Our liability for the integrity of any shipped products ends the moment we handle your shipment to a postal or courier services for delivery. Any damage or loss of products while in transit must be solved between you and such postal or courier service. Nevertheless, we will hear any claim of damage or loss of products while in transit and, if we deem appropriate, we may resend the products at no additional cost (postage applies) as the sole remedy available to you in such case.

 Sales of our products are closed using third-party transactional platforms (e.g. PayPal). Your financial data is handled by you directly to such third-parties in their own platforms, and stored and handled in accordance with their data protection and privacy terms and conditions. abyssian does not store or handle any such information as it does not have access to it. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to us on directly or through our website or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of our website remains our property and as such we are under no obligation to maintain any such comments in confidence, to pay compensation or to respond to any such comment.​

Some of our products contain nut oils and caution should be taken before using them if you have a suspected allergy.
